Every candidate from 11 public upstream feeds is checked twice independently: from Singapore (main site) and from a dedicated US probe node. A proxy counts here only if the US probe completed a full handshake and fetched a real egress IP within the timeout window — measured, not claimed. Results older than 48 h without a re-appearance upstream are dropped.
Do I need to register? No. Browse, export, done.
Why "US-located" vs "US-reachable"? US-reachable = passed the test from the US. US-located = its egress IP also geolocates to the United States. Filter with the buttons above.
Can I use these for scraping/bots? Free proxies die fast and are often blacklisted. For anything production-grade, paid datacenter IPs are cheaper than your time.
